The standard roll out fee is $300, which includes the first 2 hours of troubleshooting and repair, after that the rate is $40 an hour.
If your system is not communicating, but is otherwise functioning correctly roll out is $100
Our Services
If your system is producing but not reporting, we will reconnect your solar system to the Internet, and make sure that it communicates to the cloud and is visible on your app. $100 for roll out, 1 hour of service included, each additional hour is $40
This service is useful for identifying deeper issues, and can facilitate reimbursement for said issues in leased systems
If your system isn’t producing power or severely underproducing, this is the best service option!
Includes full system check and if applicable Inverter/Battery RMA (warranty claim submission.) All parts needing replacement will be identified and the replacement parts will be shipped either to your house or our office! Once they arrive, which generally takes 1-4 weeks for most products, (sometimes longer for LG).
If a replacement inverter or battery is required it will require a second roll out, with the same roll out fee, including 3 hours of labor. If additional troubleshooting past those 3 hours is needed the $40 an hour fee will apply.

If you have moss or buildup on your panels that is reducing production we can clean them for $12 per panel! Please select the number of panels when booking.

We’re a cooperative of solar service technicians dedicated to using our experiences repairing thousands of systems to correct any installation techniques that may inhibit production in the future and maximizing the lifespan of the equipment.
Installation companies are incentivized to install as quickly as possible, and making sure the system functions to the best of its ability for the next 20-30 years is often trumped by a thirst for profit. As a cooperative, we’re all experienced capable technicians. We don’t have a slick sales team or investors to satisfy with mad dashes to hit production numbers. At the end of the day solar is about saving people money on their electricity bills, and each member of our crew is fully qualified to get your system producing for the long term.
